Macau Tai Lek Loi Gei Pork Chop Bun (澳门大利来记猪扒包) at PV128

Hi everyone. =)

Today's review is pork chop bun. Yep, I craved for some pork meat so I went to try this Tai Lek Loi Gei.

It's a very famous shop in Macau and it has outlets in Hong Kong and Malaysia.

Their hot item is their pork chop bun, it's a must try!

Look at their cute pig shaped door handle.

Their PV128 outlet.

It's self-service. After you order, wait for your number to collect your things.

According to their poster on the wall, there are promotions for breakfast and teatime. RM8 for a chicken/pork bun with a drink (Breakfast - until 11.30am, teatime - 3pm to 5.30pm).

This is their signature pork chop bun, RM12.90. The pork chop is juicy and soft. I like it!

I have a few encounters at other shops where the pork meat is too hard and difficult to chew but this is not.

The pork chop is marinated until just nice. Not too salty but has the fragrance of their special marinates. The bun is crispy as well.

Some pork chops come with the bones. So pay attention to it while you eat.

Sawdust cake (original), RM5.50. Don't worry you are not eating sawdust though it looks like it haha.

It's actually finely crushed biscuits that we usually use it to make the crust for cheesecakes.

The 'sawdust' is a bit too much, which makes it a little dry, not moist enough. I think they should increase the amount of the mousse/cream instead.

They have chocolate flavour too, also RM5.50 each.

Macau Milk Tea, RM4.50. I don't know is it this outlet only or it's the same for other outlets, the tea is too thick and there is not enough evaporated milk.

You can tell by the look of it. The colour of the milk tea is quite dark. If there is more milk, the colour will be lighter.

It's unpleasant to drink. I was expecting a nice milk tea, as I like HK style milk tea. >.<
